This elegant single malt was distilled in 2006 by our Master Distiller, Andy Watts, and matured for 10 years in older American Oak to compliment the delicate flavours of the spirit. Un-chillfiltered, natural colour and bottled at a strength of 46.3%, the whisky is presented in its most natural form.
Colour: Light copper
Nose: Toasted malt, medium peat, leather, dried fruit, banana and pineapple notes.
Palate: Upfront flavours of fruit cake, shortbread and subtle smoke.
Finish: Warm mouth-fell and smooth finish.
