The grain and malt components of the whisky were distilled in column (grain) and copper potstills and after its initial three-year maturation period, the blended whisky is placed in first fill American Bourbon Casks for a further six-month marrying period.
Colour: Rich with a golden hue.
Nose: Delicate honeyed biscuits, vanilla and ripe fruit seamlessly blending into toasted Brazil nuts and mocha cofee with mild spice.
Palate: Soft honey with vanilla notes, buttery spicy oak, ripe pear with subtle hints of cracked black pepper and cinnamon spice.
Finish: Luscious and lingering vanilla, cracked black pepper and cinnamon combine to create a s mooth, clean finish.
